The University of Western Australia (UWA) hosed a Family Business Symposium 25-27 September 2018.
I submitted an abstract was approved and a brief presentation held the morning of 26 September 2018. The presentation was well received with the challenges of addressing culture and a method to better manage the complexity of transformation through digital technologies resonating with some members of the audience. Most audience comment and discussion on the presentation referred to slide 15 “Managing Complexity.”
That provided some confidence in the direction of the PhD thesis. The following is the Family Symposium program, and the abstract and presentation about Digital Transformation Challenges & Family Business.
